Authorized by the Shanghai World Expo Bureau, the World Expo Double Seal, a licensed product carved with 4 kilograms of Hetian Jade, was unveiled in the China Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo, taking the imperial emperor Qianlong’s Double Seal as the prototype.

In Chinese jade culture, Hetian jade represents the majesty from the world to the supreme, and and is the carrier of authority and glory. Many jade seals in the past dynasties come from Hetian jade.

In order to show the essence of Chinese royal culture to the 

world at the Shanghai World Expo, the World Expo double seals has formed an unprecedented strong expert team. Yang Xin, former vice president of the Palace Museum, is the chief designer, Wang Yushu, a seal cutting master of the Palace Museum, Zhang Guangwen, an expert in jade appreciation of the Palace Museum, Zhang rong, director of the antiquities Department of the Palace Museum, Gu Feng, a master of Chinese jade carving, supervised the carving and Wen Huaisha, a master of Chinese traditional culture, served as the general cultural adviser, and inscribed the inscription "The king of jade seals, the heaven and the earth live together, the sun and the moon shine together" .
